For those who hate or struggle with New Year's resolutions
I have for you in this new year some practical solutions.
Make each one a goal you know for you is reachable
Here's a RESOLUTION plan you'll find as unimpeachable.

Last year I gained about ten pounds. It was quite a chore.
This year my goal will be to put on, maybe fifteen more.
I tried a while to exercise but found it was a bore
So this year I will ride a cart when shopping at the store.

This year I'll sign up for each credit card they offer
And hit them all for all they'll loan to fatten up my coffer.
I'll pay them back the minimum required from each to pay
And spend and spend and spend and spend, living for today.

I plan to do what I can do to give all help to me,
Forgetting needs of other folks..."footloose and fancy free".
These resolutions aren't for all. To keep them is a snap,
But they will fit my style real good. I'm off to take a nap.
+ + + + + + +
"How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you
get up from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a
little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty will come on
you like a bandit." Proverbs 6:9-11 "All a man's ways seem
innocent to him, but motives are weighed by the Lord. Commit
to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed."
Proverbs 16:2-3.
