The Muse is Loose

"This is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it". (Psalm 118:24) These words in simplicity and beauty describe a lifestyle for the Believer. The Lord has given us the day we now have. Be it our first or last it is a gift from him. We are to rejoice and be glad in it. It does not say everything will be rejoicable. We know it won't. But through it all, good and bad, we rejoice in each day that God has made and has shared with us. I find strength and peace and comfort in those words of the Psalmist. It is not just a phrase for Sunday, but for every day. God bless!
