Last December for our anniversary we took our kids and grandkids to Red River, New Mexico for a ski trip. The trip was brief for us because of the high altitude. I think the others enjoyed the snow and skiing.
October 4 we are taking OUR anniversary trip. It is to New England to see the Fall foliage and to see for the first time the cradle of our democracy. We stay Saturday evening in San Antonio because of a very early flight to Dallas and on to Boston. We are going with a tour group from Caravan. We know no one else on the tour.
October 5 at Hilton Logan Airport...there will be a late evening briefing.Boston.
October 6-7 at Cape Codder in Hyannis, MA.
October 8 Best Western, Mystic,CT
October 9 Stratton Mountain, VT
October 10 Fox Ridge NH
October 11 Nonantum Resort, Kennebunkport ME
October 12 - Fly back to San Antonio, arriving around 8:30 P.M..
October 13 - Back to Rockport
The trip has been booked for months. Lee was a great help. The weather appears to be cooperating from what we hear. I look forward to the Norman Rockwell museum. Ann is anticipating the beautiful leaves.
