Beverly Lovelace

Ann had received word a nursing classmate was at a point of death in Magnolia, Texas. We left Thursday afternoon and drove to Pearland to spend the night with the Colburns. Joey was also a classmate. We were going over this morning ( Friday ) to see her a last time. The phone rang just before we left Pearland to tell us she had died. Beverly Lovelace lived 73 years; giving most of those those to Carnez, her husband; and to their son; and nursing. She was a dedicated RN. She was also a dedicated follower of the Lord. Her service will be Monday morning at 11:00 at First Baptist Church, Tomball.

I was having some vision problems so we came home this afternoon. Plan to go back Monday. It is again a reminder how important each day can be, and how uncertain each tomorrow is. One thing certain is the life beyond this rather brief stint here on earth. It is promised to Believers by the One who Created all we are and have and see and know and more. "Thanks be to God for giving us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ".
