and nobody comes! I guess we can have any flavor snow cone we want! Friday evening on the lawn at the Baptist Church in Taft we are having a registration party for Vacation Bible School. Since we have almost no children to start with, we do not know if or who will come. It will be interesting. We still have NINE DAYS before the Bible School is scheduled to start. Registration will help us know how much more we need to do to get the word out. The Chamber will advertise it on their big sign next week. That is great! It is being announced at Scouts, Library, and Head Start. Let's pray the rains will go away and there will be loads of SUNSHINE. That will help everyone, especially the beleaguered farmers seeing their once grand crops go bad.
Tomorrow evening we will make a little noise and hand out some cones, hoping to see a group of kids and parents. We shall see.
